BACK EXTENSION TR6

FUNCTION:

Strengthens back muscles, especially spine column
as well as makes leg muscles involved in the training.
This exercise is essential to keep good body posture
and get rid of spine upsets.

DESCRIPTION:
Lie face down on an extension bench, tucking your feet securely under the footpads.
With your body straight, cross your arms in front of you or behind your head (starting position).
Start bending forward slowly at the waist as far as you can while keeping your back flat.
Slowly raise your torso back to the initial position as you inhale.
