  • INSTRUCTIONS:

Lie on the bench with feet holding the cross bar and hands crossed behind the head, lift the body using abdominal strength and return to the starting position using abdominal strength repeatedly. Defines the strength and elasticity of the waist muscle and abdominal muscle and removes fat from the abdomen.

  • MATERIALS:
  • Steel tubes Ø 88.9 mm and thickness 3.6 mm. Other tubular elements - steel pipes Ø 33.7 and 48.3 mm and thickness 3.2 mm.
  • CORROSION PROTECTION:
  • Hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating. Complies with UNI EN 16630:2015-06. Weatherproof and UV resistant.
