• Instructions:

Strengthen the bib, arms and muscles of the scapular area. Sitting comfortably, grab the handles (upper part). Push the handles upwards until the arms are lying, without allowing the elbows to stop. Slowly return to the initial phase.

• Materials:

Structure - tubular steel Ø 114.3x3.6mm, 88.9x3.6mm. Other tubular elements - tubular steel Ø 48.3x3.2mm, 42.4x3.2 mm, 33.7x2.9 mm and profiles 60x40 mm. Feet and seat support - 3 mm thick steel sheet.

Warm galvanizing and dust painting. Compliant UNI EN 16630: 2015-06. Resistant to unmipers and UV rays.
