• INSTRUCTIONS:

Sitting comfortably, grab the handles (lower part). Push the handles upwards until you stretch your arms, without blocking the elbows. Slowly return to the initial phase.

Steel pipes Ø 88.9 mm and thickness 3.6 mm. Other tubular elements - steel pipes Ø 48.3 mm and thickness 3.2 mm. Feet and seat support - 3 mm thick steel sheet.
